1. Group Class Environment

• Our classes are offered in a group setting. Treat all instructors and fellow students with respect, courtesy, and consideration inside and outside the class.
• Disruptive behavior or inappropriate language will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the class.
• You are responsible for your own learning experience. Participate actively, ask questions, and strive to create a positive learning environment for everyone.

2. Registration and Payment

• Your registration will be confirmed only upon full payment of the fees.
• Free classes & discounts might be offered at our discretion.

3. Refunds

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please be aware that no refunds are offered for cancellations or missed classes.

4. Attendance and Missed Classes

• Consistent attendance is crucial for your learning progress. If you must miss a class, please notify the instructor in advance whenever possible.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• To ensure you don't miss valuable learning, we will try our best to offer alternative options to cover missed material. This may include attending another ongoing class or receiving tutorial videos.
• Any offered alternatives to cover missed material must be completed within 1 week of the completion of your enrolled batch.

5. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to arrive on time and wear appropriate clothing and footwear for salsa dancing.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the dance studio.
• Mobile phones should be switched off or silenced during class.

6. Health and Safety

• We prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Please inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your participation in the class.
• Be aware of your own body's limitations and avoid pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone.

7. Cancellation and Termination

• We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your enrollment if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined here.
• In the event of class cancellation on our part, we will strive to offer alternative arrangements, depending on the circumstances.

8. Liability

• Salsa Classes by Aishwarya Krishnan is not responsible for any injuries or loss of personal belongings that occur on the premises.
• We encourage students to participate in classes at their own risk and ensure they are in good physical condition.

9. Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
• Your continued participation in the classes following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
